Shipping policy

Free shipping on all US orders.

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates (United States)

Standard shipping, free: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs processing can extend them.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email us and we will chase it.

Multiple items

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.

Incorrect addresses

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel is returned to sender, we will re-ship once you confirm a corrected address. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact the carrier and open a claim.
